More about me:

I am an assistant professor of finance. My primary area of interest is in empirical corporate finance, and my research interests include capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, impacts of product and labor markets on corporate financial decisions, and use of machine learning, neural networks analysis, and natural language processing in finance research. I received my Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Arizona. I hold an MBA in finance, as well as master's and bachelor’s degrees in computer engineering.
